With our surveillance and reporting services, we can arm you with the information you need to ensure your children are safe when using the internet.

Your Surveillance Report Includes:
Email Activity: See all incoming and outgoing emails, who sent them, who received them, the subject of the email, the time/date it was sent/received, attachments. Provides the same reporting for all web-based emails

Chats and Instant Messages: See a transcript of their chat conversations and instant messages. Know who said what to whom and when

Websites Visited: Review the name and address of every website they visit. Find out how much time they spend at those sites and how frequently they visit

Online Searches: See what they have been searching for on the internet and how often they search for those topics

Files Transferred: See if they are posting pictures or videos of
themselves anywhere online

Facebook and Social Networks: See when they update their profile, post pictures, make comments about other users, send messages to other users, invite someone to be a friend, accept an invitation from a new friend, if they have multiple accounts and just how much time they spend on social networks

Keystrokes Typed: Read EVERYTHING they type on the computer, whether part of a chat conversation, an instant message, an email, a Word document or even a password

Program Activity: Receive an overview of all applications used on your home computer including web browsers, games, software and more. See when and how long each program is used and what is was used for

• We visit you just once at the beginning of your service period
  
• Our surveillance is undetectable; nobody using the computers will know that their activity is under surveillance
  
• Your system will not slow down or act differently
  
• Access to all your programs, files and online accounts will not be affected in any way
  
• We use a “smart surveillance” method that will automatically stop recording activity and remove itself from your computer at the end of your requested surveillance period
  

This service is surveillance and reporting tool ONLY:

• No one can log on to your computer make any alterations
  
• No one is connected to your computer during surveillance period
  
• Your computer records and uses your internet connection to send us the required reports

Generally our services are very simple and quick and don’t require more than about 30 minutes of your time.

• $49 is due upon retaining our services
  
• $50 balance is due at the end of the surveillance period before report access is delivered

• If there is another surveillance schedule you would like to implement in your household, please contact us and we can work on a program that suits your needs.

Extras
Paper Reports: please add $30 (plus tax) to your surveillance cost. Note that digital/online access to your report is included in the cost of your surveillance

Blackberry Surveillance - COMING SOON: the same type of surveillance reporting that we provide on your computer, but for a blackberry device. Note that access to the blackberry is required for this service. Only 7 day surveillance period is available $150 (plus tax)

Training: we can train you to perform surveillance on any computer in your house at any time you feel it’s necessary
